Job Objective (s)

  • The Head, Admin is responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight of all administrative functions across the organization.
  • The role drives operational efficiency, cost optimization, and service excellence across facilities management, corporate services, logistics, and vendor ecosystems.

Duties & Responsibilities|

Administrative Strategy & Operational Excellence:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive administrative strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Design and continuously optimize administrative policies, processes, and service delivery models.
  • Drive efficiency initiatives to improve turnaround times, service quality, and cost effectiveness.

Facilities & Asset Management:

  • Oversee end-to-end management of office facilities, including acquisition, lease administration, and space optimization.
  • Ensure all facilities meet health, safety, and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Drive asset lifecycle management, including tracking, utilization, and disposal.

Procurement & Vendor Management:

  • Provide oversight for administrative procurement activities in alignment with company policies.
  • Establish and manage vendor selection frameworks, including due diligence and onboarding.
  • Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable commercial terms and service levels.
  • Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and implement corrective actions where required.

Logistics, Travel & Protocol Management:

  • Oversee corporate travel management, ensuring cost efficiency and policy compliance.
  • Coordinate high-level protocol and logistics for executive engagements and corporate events.
  • Ensure seamless delivery of administrative support services across all business units.

Financial Oversight & Cost Management:

  • Develop and manage the administration budget, ensuring alignment with financial targets.
  • Track and report administrative expenditures, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Implement cost control measures without compromising service quality.

Risk, Compliance & Governance:

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Establish and maintain strong internal controls across administrative processes.
  • Partner with Internal Audit and Risk teams to mitigate operational risks.
  • Ensure adherence to workplace health, safety, and environmental standards.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Engagement:

  • Serve as a strategic partner to business units, ensuring administrative support aligns with operational needs.
  • Interface with senior leadership on administrative performance, risks, and improvement initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including regulators, vendors, and service providers.

Job Requirements

  • Education: B.Sc/HND in a Social Science, Business Administration, or a related field Experience:
