Lead the Company's actuarial function by providing independent oversight of reserving, pricing, capital adequacy, solvency, and risk management. Drive regulatory compliance, IFRS 17 reporting, and strategic actuarial advice that supports sound business and capital decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead actuarial reserving, pricing, and capital management.
Ensure compliance with NAICOM regulations and IFRS 17.
Provide independent actuarial advice to the Board and Executive Management.
Support product development, reinsurance, and enterprise risk management.
Oversee statutory reporting and lead the actuarial team.
Who We Are Looking For
Fellowship of a recognised actuarial body (FIAN, FIA, FASSA, FSA or equivalent) is an added advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or a related quantitative discipline.
Minimum of 7-10 years' actuarial experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Strong expertise in statutory valuations, IFRS 17, capital management, and regulatory reporting.
