Our client is seeking an experienced Group BPMS Lead to drive business performance management, strategy execution, governance, KPI management, and executive reporting across its operating companies.
Key Responsibilities
Drive strategy execution across the Group.
Develop and manage KPI frameworks and performance scorecards.
Coordinate executive performance reviews.
Prepare executive dashboards and business performance reports.
Lead cross-functional performance governance and accountability.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Strategy, or a related field.
MBA or postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
Minimum of 7 - 10 years' experience in Strategy, Corporate Planning, Business Performance, Operational Excellence, or Transformation.
Strong experience working with executive leadership.
Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, SAP, Oracle, or similar reporting tools.
