Support the supervision of contractors, artisans, and site workers. Monitor the quality of construction materials and workmanship under the guidance of senior engineers. Assist in monitoring concrete works, foundations, drainage, roads, pavements, blockwork, plastering, and other civil works. Support preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings, roads, drainage systems, and other civil infrastructure. Assist in identifying defects, structural issues, and maintenance requirements and escalate them appropriately. Maintain records of site activities, measurements, inspections, materials, and project progress. Assist in preparing daily and periodic engineering reports. Support project documentation, including drawings, BOQs, work schedules, inspection reports, and completion records.
