Job Summary

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8 - 10 years of experience in hospitality operations.
  • Minimum 5 years in a senior management/General Management role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong experience managing multiple departments and leading teams.
  • Demonstrable experience in revenue growth, profitability, guest experience, and operational management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.

THE ROLE DESCRIPTION The successful candidate will lead the commercial transformation against agreed objectives and targets, while building the systems, standards, leadership team and operating culture required to make excellent service repeatable rather than occasional. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES STRATEGY, BRAND & MARKET POSITIONING Develop and execute a three-to-five-year business and operational strategy aligned with ownership objectives. Lead the repositioning of Our client as a distinctive and competitive serviced-apartment brand in Abuja. Assess the existing business model, service proposition, facilities, pricing, customer segments and competitive position and recommend practical improvements. Strengthen digital presence, online reputation, communications and physical presentation. COMMERCIAL & FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE Take primary accountability for revenue, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, profitability, cost structure and overall asset performance. Develop revenue-management, pricing, yield and demand strategies appropriate to serviced apartments and extended-stay accommodation. Strengthen direct bookings, distribution channels and customer-acquisition economics.
