Job Duties

  • Responsible for fixed asset accounting, inventory accounting, balance sheet reviews, IFRS compliance, month-end closing, provisions, audit support and regulatory reporting.

Tasks

  • Maintain the fixed asset register.
  • Process asset additions, transfers, disposals and monthly depreciation.
  • Review and monitor CAFA approvals and capitalization.
  • Post inventory transactions and reconcile inventory balances.
  • Prepare balance sheet reconciliations in line with IFRS.
  • Maintain provisions, accruals and supporting schedules.
  • Support monthly, quarterly and annual close.
  • Liaise with external auditors and regulators.
  • Maintain accounting records and support statutory reporting.
  • Any other responsibilities assigned by the Chief Accountant and CFO.

Required Profile

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance.
  • ICAN qualification is mandatory(ACA)
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience.
