Education: Basic education. Technical qualification preferred but not mandatory.
Minimum Practical Experience: Minimum of 7 years of total crane/heavy lifting experience, including at least 2 years coordinating or supervising crane operations.
Essential Practical Competence: Ability to select and install the appropriate cutting/welding nozzle, adjust gas pressures, and establish the correct flame for the required task.
