• As a Freight Trader Associate, your primary focus will be winning new business, building client relationships, and generating revenue.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Prospect and generate new business through high-volume outbound calls
• Build a pipeline of shippers and consistently close new accounts
• Negotiate pricing and secure profitable freight deals
• Develop long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business
• Manage shipments and ensure successful delivery (supporting your sales)
• Stay organized and track activity using CRM/TMS systems

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: OND with Upper Credit, Degree in Business, Sales, Logistics, or related field
• Experience in sales, telemarketing, or business development preferred
• Comfortable making 50+ outbound calls per day
• Ability to work in a target-driven, performance-based environment
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Basic computer skills (CRM systems, email, Excel)
