Responsibilities would include: Research, Process Documentation & Improvement, Product Development, Market research & surveys, Problem Solving, Restaurant visits & product monitoring.
Qualifications
ND / HND / Bachelor's Degree in a food science related area
A catering training or culinary internship experience is required
Minimum of 2:1 class of degree
Familiarity with Microsoft software development tools.
