We are seeking an experienced Floor Manager to oversee daily administration, HR management, and customer service at our wellness center.
Reporting to the General Manager/Center Director, the successful candidate will ensure smooth operations across all departments, facility management, vendor relations, and statutory compliance.
This is a full-time role requiring 10+ years of experience in the hospitality and spa industry.
The position offers a net monthly salary of 600,000, with working hours from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 6 days per week (one day off between Monday and Thursday), and weekend availability required. The probation period is 6 months, and benefits include pension, 13th-month bonus, and a 2-year retention bonus.
Key Responsibilities
Administration & Operations:
The Floor Manager will coordinate all departments, including Front Office, Spa, Medical, Yoga, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Security, Retail, and Support Services.
Responsibilities include monitoring schedules, appointments, and room utilization; developing and enforcing SOPs; handling procurement, vendor management, and inventory; managing facility, equipment, and vehicle maintenance; ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and ambience standards; coordinating travel, logistics, meetings, and events; and interacting with walk-in clients to support business development.
Human Resources:
The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, overseeing employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll inputs, developing HR policies, SOPs, and the Employee Handbook, coordinating training, performance management, and employee engagement, handling grievances, discipline, and employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Compliance & Documentation:
The incumbent will maintain confidential HR and admin records, ensure timely renewal of licenses, permits, and insurance, coordinate audits and close observations, and ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Customer Experience:
Responsibilities include converting walk-in clients to sales, giving center tours, managing events at and outside the center, ensuring exceptional service and resolving complaints, monitoring feedback and implementing improvements, and fostering a warm, professional environment.
Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. Hospitality and spa industry experience is required.
