The Finance Manager, Supply Chain will provide end-to-end financial support to the Group Supply Chain Director and MD GTD across Procurement, Logistics, and Distribution functions.
The role serves as a strategic finance business partner, ensuring financial discipline, delivering insightful analysis, driving cost optimization, and supporting informed business decision-making across the supply chain value chain.
THE JOB
Partner with Supply Chain leadership to drive business performance through data-driven financial insights.
Provide financial support across Procurement, Logistics, and Distribution operations.
Review procurement contracts and pricing structures to ensure commercial viability, competitiveness, and compliance with company policies.
Manage and maintain robust financial controls, governance standards, and audit requirements across Supply Chain activities.
Lead annual budgeting, long-range strategic planning, and quarterly rolling forecasts.
Conduct financial modelling, scenario analysis, and P&L sensitivity assessments to support strategic decisions.
Monitor cost drivers, working capital performance, and initiatives aimed at improving supply chain productivity.
QUALIFICATIONS
B.SC/ HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Professional Accounting Certification such as ACA, ACCA, or equivalent is preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 6-12 years' progressive experience in Supply Chain Finance, including exposure to Procurement, Logistics, and Distribution.
Proven experience in both Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Financial Control functions.
THE PERSON MUST HAVE:
Have advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modelling skills.
Possess a strong understanding of profit and loss management, cost structures, gross margin analysis, and working capital management.
Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Have experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
