What You'll Do

  • Maintain accurate financial records through timely bank statement and cashbook reconciliations.
  • Prepare transaction, settlement and financial reports across multiple payment channels.
  • Investigate and resolve transaction-related issues while supporting fraud monitoring and financial controls.
  • Support daily finance operations, reconciliations and regulatory reporting.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the Bank's financial records.

What We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years' experience in a Finance role.
  • Banking, Microfinance Bank or Financial Institution experience is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of reconciliations, settlements, financial reporting and financial controls.
  • High level of accuracy, integrity and analytical thinking.
  • A proactive individual who takes ownership, works well under pressure and enjoys improving processes.
