Field Marketing Officer At Nita E-clinic

Job Summary

• The Field Marketing Officer will be responsible for physical marketing, customer acquisition, lead generation, business development, and relationship management.
• The successful candidate will spend a significant portion of their time in the field, visiting and engaging potential customers, healthcare facilities, pharmacies, laboratories, hospitals, corporate organizations, schools, estates, and other relevant institutions.
• The ideal candidate should be confident communicating healthcare services, comfortable approaching new prospects, and capable of converting opportunities into customers and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Field Marketing & Customer Acquisition

• Conduct physical marketing and promotional activities within Ikeja and surrounding areas.
• Visit hospitals, clinics, laboratories, pharmacies, healthcare facilities, and other potential partners.
• Identify and generate new leads and business opportunities.
• Introduce and promote Nita E-Clinic's healthcare services to individuals and organizations.
• Conduct presentations and explain our services and benefits to prospective customers.
• Identify corporate organizations, schools, estates, and institutions that may require healthcare services.
• Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into customers.
• Distribute approved marketing materials when necessary.

Business Development & Partnerships

• Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations.
• Identify and pursue partnership opportunities with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, laboratories, businesses, schools, and other institutions.
• Support the growth of Nita E-Clinic's customer base and referral network.
• Identify new market opportunities within the healthcare sector.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of prospects, leads, clients, and partnerships.

Customer Engagement

• Educate prospective customers about Nita E-Clinic's healthcare services.
• Respond professionally to customer enquiries within the scope of the role.
• Build positive relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Collect customer feedback and relevant market information.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.

Market Research & Reporting

• Monitor market activities and identify new business opportunities.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research.
• Provide feedback and recommendations based on field activities.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, meetings, leads, prospects, and conversions.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in:
• Biological Sciences
• Medical Sciences
• Healthcare-related disciplines or another closely related field

Experience:

• 1 - 2 years of experience in field marketing, healthcare marketing, medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, healthcare business development, customer acquisition, or a related role.
• Previous experience in a hospital, clinic, laboratory, pharmacy, pharmaceutical company, or other healthcare organization is an added advantage.
• Candidate must reside in Ikeja and it's environ

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is an advantage.

• Performance will be assessed based on:

• Number of potential clients and healthcare facilities visited.
