Responsibilties

  • Assembly & Production: Operate factory machinery, hand tools, and assembly line equipment to manufacture, assemble, or process goods according to blueprints or production targets.
  • Quality Control: Inspect raw materials and finished products during the production process to identify and remove any defects, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards.
  • Material Handling & Sorting: Load, unload, and sort raw materials, components, and finished goods, moving them safely between storage areas and the production line.

Requirement

Interested candidates should possess an SSCE qualification with 0 - 2 years experience.

Responsible for safety leadership and environmental stewardship, hiring of operations supervisors and hourly employees. The role oversees Operations planning, staffing and logistics. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Participate in interviewing, selection of candidates and training of new hires on factory policies and procedures. Delegate tasks to factory staff as necessary.
