We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance technician to perform general maintenance, repairs, and facility support tasks.
The ideal candidate will help ensure the workplace remains safe, functional, and well-maintained by handling a variety of maintenance duties and minor installations.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out routine maintenance and minor repairs, including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting work.
Inspect facilities regularly and address maintenance issues, safety concerns, and wear and tear.
Assist with office setups, furniture assembly, and event preparations.
Coordinate with external contractors when specialized repairs are required.
Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
Perform other facility-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum of SSCE / High School Certificate; vocational training is an added advantage.
Proven experience in a maintenance, handyman, or similar role.
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and building maintenance.
Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
Good problem-solving and organisational skills.
Physically fit and able to lift, climb, and perform manual tasks.
