Job Reuirements, Skills amd Compliance Criteria
- To provide premium, secure, and world-class chauffeuring services to assigned expatriates, corporate managing directors, and VIP executives.
- The Executive Pilot ensures that our leased asset is operated with maximum mechanical safety, pristine cleanliness, and complete compliance with Nigerian traffic regulations while upholding the high-class reputation of KK Leasing Limited.
- Transport VIP clients, expatriates, and corporate executives smoothly, comfortably, and safely to their daily destinations, business meetings, and official events.
- Enforce an uncompromised standard of punctuality—always arrive at the designated pick-up point at least 20 minutes before the scheduled time.
- Deliver premium corporate hospitality: warmly greet passengers, open vehicle doors for clients, handle executive luggage with care, and manage vehicle climate (AC) and audio settings to suit client preferences.
- Plan alternative travel routes ahead of schedule by actively combining local road knowledge with digital navigation tools (Google Maps, Waze) to bypass heavy traffic corridors.
- Practice non-intrusive driving; strictly follow the rule of "silence unless spoken to" to allow executives to work, take phone calls, or rest in transit.
- Uphold 100% confidentiality—never repeat or disclose any business discussions, private phone conversations, or sensitive paperwork observed inside the vehicle.
- Adhere strictly to the KK Leasing dress code: appear daily in a clean, crisp, well-ironed dark corporate suit, official necktie, and polished black shoes, complemented by immaculate personal grooming.
- Conduct a mandatory 15-minute daily morning inspection before any movement (checking engine oil levels, coolant, brake fluids, tire pressure/thread wear, functional headlights, wipers, and battery health).
- Ensure the assigned luxury vehicle (Sedan, Executive SUV, or Luxury Coaster) is meticulously washed, vacuumed, and kept completely odorless at all times.
- Actively track vehicle document expiration dates (insurance, roadworthiness, Hackney permit) and report them to the Fleet Supervisor 30 days before expiration.
- Promptly report any unusual vehicle sounds, dashboard warnings, or mechanical defects to the Central Workshop team to guarantee immediate preventative maintenance.
- Educational Qualification: Minimum of Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE), NABTEB, or OND. Must speak, read, and write English fluently with a polite and articulate manner of expression.
- Driver's License & Permits: Must possess a valid Nigerian Driver's License (Class B, E, or G) with a completely clean history. A valid LASDRI Card/Permit is mandatory for all Lagos State applicants.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 to 8 years of active driving experience, with at least 3 consecutive years operating as an executive/corporate chauffeur for multinational corporate entities, embassies, or high-profile individuals.
