Role Overview

The Executive Assistant to the CEO serves as a trusted right-hand, providing comprehensive executive, administrative, project coordination, and personal support to ensure the smooth running of both business and selected personal commitments. The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and resourceful, with excellent judgement, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

They will be responsible for managing the CEO's schedule, coordinating correspondence, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, following up on projects and key deliverables, and handling assigned personal matters with professionalism and discretion. Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily schedules.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences, or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 4 - 6 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar executive support role.
  • Experience supporting C-suite executives, founders, or business owners is highly desirable.
  • Experience coordinating projects and managing multiple stakeholders is an added advantage.
