The Executive Assistant (EA) will report tol the Chairperson and will be responsible for managing all household employees of the Chairperson.
He will ensure all concierge services for the Chairperson and family are planned and handled professionally and satisfactorily.
He will handle the travel arrangements, the itinerary and the maintenance/care of all assets (fixed or otherwise) for the Chairperson.
He will also manage the important appointments and relationships with external vendors for the Chairperson's office. Be accountable for all household expenses by Staff to minimise wastage and fraud.The purpose of the EA is toprovide strategic support to all concierge services for the Chairperson and family are planned and handled professionally and satisfactorily and contributes to strategic decision-making at the executive level.

Timely and accurate reporting (Office Reports, Asset Management), Plan and Manage Family Travel accurately, Prompt assistance on all daily request (Including evenings, weekends, public holidays, Ensure availability of all family vehicles including cars, bikes, watercraft, etc), Domestic staff engagement and management, Strategic support and initiatives.
Requirements
A Degree inProfessional Business/Administrative Certification, Knowledge of ERP, proficiency in AI Applications.
