Estate Onboarding Officer At Timeless Telecom

Timeless Telecom Ltd is hiring an Estate Onboarding Officer to lead network expansion into key residential estates. You will secure property access, manage high-level community stakeholders, and drive resident subscriber growth for our ISP infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate network access rights with Facility Managers, Real Estate Developers, and Estate Associations.
• Build and retain relationships with decision makers to clear deployment roadblocks.
• Work with technical teams to assess site feasibility and coordinate infrastructure setup.
• Drive resident sign-ups and sales activations within onboarded estates.
• Finalize MoUs and estate agreements.

Requirements

• 2 - 3 years in estate/property acquisition or sales management (ISP/telecom experience preferred).
• B.Sc./HND in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields.
• Strong negotiation, contract handling, and field sales capability.
• Basic understanding of Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) deployment.
