Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities to maintain plant machinery and equipment in optimal condition
  • Monitor operational parameters of plant utilities and equipment to ensure they meet performance benchmarks
  • Troubleshoot and resolve engineering and technical issues promptly to minimize impact on production
  • Support and contribute to the installation, commissioning, and optimization of plant machinery and systems
  • Promote and enforce adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and engineering best practices throughout plant operations
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including production, maintenance, and quality control to drive improvements in plant productivity and reliability

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Diploma holders with strong relevant experience may also be considered

Experience:

  • Require 12 to 15 years of professional experience in plant engineering, maintenance, or manufacturing roles.
  • Prefer prior experience in the animal feed industry, FMCG, food processing, or industrial manufacturing environments.
  • Consider exposure to maintenance systems, utilities management, and overall plant operations as a significant advantage.
