Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities to maintain plant machinery and equipment in optimal condition
Monitor operational parameters of plant utilities and equipment to ensure they meet performance benchmarks
Troubleshoot and resolve engineering and technical issues promptly to minimize impact on production
Support and contribute to the installation, commissioning, and optimization of plant machinery and systems
Promote and enforce adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and engineering best practices throughout plant operations
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including production, maintenance, and quality control to drive improvements in plant productivity and reliability
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
Diploma holders with strong relevant experience may also be considered
Experience:
Require 12 to 15 years of professional experience in plant engineering, maintenance, or manufacturing roles.
Prefer prior experience in the animal feed industry, FMCG, food processing, or industrial manufacturing environments.
Consider exposure to maintenance systems, utilities management, and overall plant operations as a significant advantage.
