OAL is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to own the firm's digital presence and turn it into a consistent source of enquiries, visibility and reputation. You will run the website, digital campaigns, email and analytics, and act as the link between the firm's practice groups and the marketing team.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can plan and execute without close supervision, work comfortably with senior lawyers, and show through data that what they do moves the needle.
Key responsibilities
Own and manage the firm's website: content updates, SEO, performance and user experience, working with external developers where needed.
Plan and run digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google and legal directories, managing budgets and reporting on results.
Own the firm's email marketing and client alerts: audience segmentation, scheduling, deliverability and performance.
Act as the marketing liaison to practice groups: gather their priorities, translate them into digital activity and keep them informed.
Build and maintain a monthly reporting dashboard covering web traffic, search visibility, campaign performance, enquiries and lead sources, and present it to partners.
Capture, log and route every marketing-generated enquiry to the right lawyer, and track follow-up.
Work with the content lead, designer and social media executive to keep all channels on-brand and on-calendar.
Manage the firm's profiles on legal directories and ranking platforms.
Stay current on digital tools, platform changes and AI-assisted marketing, and bring workable improvements to the team.
What we're looking for
3 - 5 years' experience in digital marketing, ideally in professional services, financial services or another B2B environment.
Proven ability to run paid and organic campaigns that produced measurable enquiries or leads, with the numbers to show it.
Hands-on experience managing a corporate website (WordPress or similar) and working knowledge of SEO/SEM.
Strong command of Google Analytics, Meta and LinkedIn campaign managers, and email marketing platforms.
Clear, confident communicator able to brief and report to senior professionals.
Highly organised; able to run several campaigns and platforms at once and meet deadlines.
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field. Professional certification (Google, HubSpot, CIM) is a plus.
How you'll be measured
Growth in website traffic and search visibility.
Volume and quality of enquiries generated through digital channels.
