Monthly Salary: 450,000-500,000 + 10% Procedure-Based Commission

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive dental consultations and examinations.
  • Diagnose dental conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.
  • Perform general dental procedures within your demonstrated competence.
  • Provide restorative, preventive and emergency dental care.
  • Clearly explain diagnoses, treatment options, alternatives and expected outcomes to patients.
  • Obtain appropriate informed consent before treatment.
  • Maintain accurate and complete clinical records.
  • Provide appropriate post-treatment instructions and follow-up care.
  • Recognize cases requiring specialist management and refer appropriately.
  • Maintain strict infection prevention and sterilization standards.
  • Work collaboratively with dental nurses, therapists, administrative staff and other clinicians.
  • Maintain punctuality and reliability for scheduled patient appointments.
  • Contribute to a consistently excellent patient experience.
  • Participate in professional oral-health education and clinic awareness activities when required.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • BDS, BChD or equivalent recognized dental qualification.
  • Current registration and licence to practise with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).
  • NYSC completed or legally exempted.
