Job Summary

  • We are seeking a friendly, proactive, and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to support the daily operations of a pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend customers' enquiries and provide prompt, professional assistance.
  • Assist customers with general pharmacy product enquiries and direct clinical questions to the Pharmacist where necessary.
  • Support community management by engaging customers and responding to comments, messages, and enquiries across social media platforms.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and online communities.
  • Follow up with customers to improve satisfaction, retention, and overall customer experience.
  • Assist with order processing, product enquiries, and customer follow-ups.

Requirements

  • OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years experience as a customer service officer within pharmaceutical environment
  • Experience with community management and social media customer engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
