Our client is seeking a creative, commercially driven, and highly organised Creative Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to drive marketing, lead generation, sales, communications, partnerships, and day-to-day execution.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, create, post, and manage engaging content across social media platforms and adapt strategies based on performance.
Own lead generation and sales activities, including prospecting, calls, follow-ups, sales funnels, and achieving revenue targets.
Execute digital marketing initiatives including paid ads, email marketing, influencer campaigns, graphics, collaborations, and partnerships.
Manage PR, communications, events, and external stakeholder relationships.
Support people management, training, performance monitoring, culture, and business systems.
Drive execution of business priorities, follow up on outstanding tasks, and provide accountability support to the business owner.
Identify new business and revenue opportunities and contribute to overall business growth.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
2 - 4 years' experience in marketing, sales, business development, or a related role.
Strong content creation, social media, sales, and lead-generation skills.
Experience with digital advertising, email marketing, partnerships, and basic graphic design.
Excellent communication, organisation, and relationship-management skills.
Highly proactive, target-driven, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership.
