The Creative & Multimedia Lead will lead the development and production of high-impact visual and multimedia content for Dangote Group's digital communications channels.
The role will convert communication objectives into compelling designs, videos, motion graphics, photography and campaign assets while maintaining a consistent visual identity across the Group.
Key Responsibilities
Translate communication briefs into strong visual concepts and provide creative direction for digital campaigns, corporate storytelling, executive communications, events and special projects
Lead the design and production of social media creatives, infographics, digital adverts, presentations, web assets, campaign materials and other visual communications.
Plan and oversee storyboarding, scripting support, filming, editing, colour correction, sound, animation, motion graphics and final delivery of videos and multimedia content.
Plan and coordinate corporate, executive, event, site and campaign photography; ensure appropriate selection, captioning, consent, storage and use of images.
Apply and enforce the Group's visual identity and digital brand standards across all creative outputs; identify and correct inconsistencies.
Manage briefs, production schedules, review cycles, approvals and final artwork delivery, ensuring accuracy, technical quality and timely execution.
Maintain a structured, searchable repository of approved photographs, videos, design files, templates, fonts and brand assets with appropriate usage controls.
Prepare briefs, evaluate proposals and coordinate agencies, production houses, photographers and other vendors; monitor quality, timelines and agreed deliverables.
Track relevant creative, platform and production trends and recommend formats, tools and techniques that improve quality, speed and audience engagement.
Key Requirements
Education and Work Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Fine/Creative Arts, Multimedia, Film Production, Digital Media, Mass Communication or a related discipline.
Minimum of 7 years' relevant experience in graphic design, video production, multimedia content or creative direction, with evidence of increasing responsibility.
A strong portfolio demonstrating corporate design, digital campaigns, video, animation and multimedia storytelling is required.
Experience supporting a large corporate brand, media organisation or leading creative agency is desirable.
