At Zagus Power Systems Limited, we need a results-driven Creative & Digital Marketer (2 - 3 years experience) to own our digital brand, design stunning assets, run high-ROI ad campaigns, and convert leads into loyal clients.
What You'll Do
Performance Marketing & Paid Ads: Design, launch, and optimize high-ROI campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads for B2B & B2C audiences.
Graphic Design & Visual Identity: Conceptualize high-quality graphics, infographics, carousels, and ad creatives that match our brand identity.
Content Creation & Video: Plan, shoot, edit, and publish short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) explaining power products (inverters, solar, generators).
Omnichannel Management: Maintain a consistent brand voice across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, and Google.
Lead Generation & Analytics: Track metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and optimize campaigns for maximum lead flow.
What We're Looking For
Experience: 2 - 3 years in digital marketing, graphic design, content creation, and paid advertising (energy/engineering sector experience is a plus).
Skills: Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/CapCut, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics.
Ad Strategy & Copywriting: Strong understanding of lead gen funnels, audience targeting, and persuasive copy.
Portfolio: Proven portfolio showcasing graphic design, short-form video work, and ad campaign results (required).
