Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to lead our corporate sales activities, acquire new business clients, manage key accounts, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
  • The successful candidate will develop and execute corporate sales strategies, build strong relationships with decision-makers, manage the sales pipeline, negotiate deals, and lead the sales team toward achieving agreed revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective corporate sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
  • Identify and acquire new corporate clients and high-value business accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate organizations, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, corporate visits, events, LinkedIn, email outreach, and other channels.
  • Manage the complete sales process from prospecting to presentation, negotiation, closing, and onboarding.
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial offers for prospective clients.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to communicate the company's products and services effectively.
  • Negotiate pricing and commercial terms while maintaining company profitability.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-up on prospects.
  • Manage existing corporate accounts and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Set and monitor individual and team sales targets.
  • Lead, coach, motivate, and monitor the performance of corporate sales executives.
  • Review sales reports, conversion rates, revenue performance, and pipeline status.
  • Identify market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Customer Service teams to ensure excellent client delivery.
  • Resolve client complaints and maintain high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts and management reports.
  • Ensure all sales activities are properly documented in the company's CRM or approved reporting system.
  • Ensure compliance with company sales policies, pricing guidelines, and procedures.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Performance will be measured based on:

  • Monthly and quarterly revenue achieved
  • New corporate accounts acquired
  • Sales target achievement percentage
  • Lead-to-customer conversion rate
  • Sales pipeline value
  • Number of qualified leads generated
  • Average deal value

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Economics, Management, or a related field.
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in corporate sales, B2B sales, business development, or key account management.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Previous experience managing a sales team is an advantage.
  • Strong experience in lead generation, client acquisition, negotiation, and deal closing.
  • Experience dealing directly with corporate clients and senior decision-makers.
  • Good knowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Strong understanding of sales pipelines, forecasting, KPIs, and conversion metrics.
  • Ability to travel for corporate meetings, presentations, and business development activities when required.
