Our Ideal Cold Room Consultant will serve as the Company's independent technical expert responsible for ensuring that all cold rooms are properly designed, constructed, commissioned, and maintained to consistently operate within their specified temperature ranges.
The role will provide technical oversight over all cold room projects, ensuring that the Company engages competent contractors, uses quality materials, adopts best engineering practices, minimizes construction and maintenance costs, maximizes equipment lifespan, and eliminates recurring cold room failures.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
Professional certification in Refrigeration, HVAC, or Project Management is an added advantage
Experience:
Demonstrated experience in commercial refrigeration, cold room engineering, or industrial refrigeration
Experience managing contractors and supervising cold room construction projects.
Experience in a similar Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) space is highly desired
Proven track record of improving cold room reliability, reducing maintenance costs, and delivering durable engineering solutions.
