About the Role

  • We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Psychologist to join our Wellness Service team (A Arm of Primly Services) as a Co-Manager.
  • This role is ideal for a Health Professional who enjoys both direct client work and leadership responsibilities.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with the Wellness Manager to oversee the delivery of counselling and wellness services, support and develop staff, maintain clinical quality standards, and help grow innovative wellness programs.
  • This position combines clinical expertise, service management, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership & Service Delivery:

  • Provide psychological assessments, counselling, and therapeutic interventions to clients (virtual and in-person).
  • Develop, review, and improve evidence-based clinical programs and treatment protocols.
  • Monitor clinical service quality and ensure adherence to professional and ethical standards.
  • Support counsellors through training, supervision coordination, and clinical guidance.
  • Conduct client assessments and make appropriate referrals when required.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records, case notes, and documentation.

Team Management & Operations:

  • Support the day-to-day management of the Wellness Service and Call Centre.
  • Assist with staff scheduling, workforce planning, and service coverage.
  • Monitor service performance, response times, and client satisfaction.
  • Address client concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of operational processes and procedures.
  • Provide leadership and support to team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Quality Assurance & Training:

  • Monitor service quality and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to staff to improve performance.
  • Support the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Coordinate onboarding and training programs for new and existing staff.
  • Maintain records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes.

Service Development & Growth:

  • Collaborate with management to design and launch new wellness programs and services.
  • Evaluate existing services and recommend improvements.
  • Support business development activities, including proposals, presentations, and client engagement.
  • Identify opportunities to expand wellness services to new clients and markets.
  • Use client and stakeholder feedback to enhance service quality and effectiveness.

Qualifications & Experience, Essential

  • Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology.
  • Current professional registration/licensure where applicable.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in clinical practice, counselling, mental health, or wellness services.
  • Demonstrated experience developing treatment plans and delivering evidence-based interventions.

Desirable:

  • Experience supervising, mentoring, or managing staff.
  • Experience within an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), wellness service, healthcare organization, or call centre environment.
  • Experience designing or managing mental health programs and services.
