The Role

We are seeking an exceptional, intellectually versatile, and operationally fearless Chief Operating Officer (COO) to serve as the CEO's principal internal executive and second-in-command.

The COO is our primary institutional builder, responsible for translating the firm's strategy into disciplined, measurable execution. You will oversee all internal operations, institutional governance, enterprise reporting, cross-functional coordination, and financial operationsacting as a bridge across investments, finance, capital formation, and corporate planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Executive Leadership: Serve as the CEO's trusted operational partner, relieving them of internal operating burdens and leading the firm-wide execution of business plans.
• Cross-Functional & Transaction Oversight: Coordinate diverse teams across investment, finance, and transaction execution, ensuring seamless workstream delivery and rigorous technical support.
• Financial & Operational Governance: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking while establishing and enforcing robust institutional compliance and operating standards.
• Enterprise Resilience & Problem Solving: Proactively diagnose and resolve complex cross-functional challenges, maintain business continuity, and build a world-class operating platform.

Preferred Background & Qualifications

• 12 - 20 years of progressive leadership experience in Private Equity, Infrastructure Investment, Investment Banking, Project Finance, Corporate Finance/M&A, Principal Investment, Family Offices, or Top-Tier Management Consulting.
• Demonstrable track record of leading complex, multi-disciplinary teams and delivering high-value outcomes across multiple stakeholders.
• Exceptional commercial judgement, financial acumen, and technical investment literacy.
