Responsible for maintenance and repair of MODU electronic control and support systems, electronic components, and component interface systems.
Monitors all rig electronic systems operation and troubleshoots and repairs as necessary for operations.
Provide technical support for electronic systems to ensure achievement of rig efficiency and client objectives.
Provide specific focus on systems that will keep maintenance operations running effectively and avoid downtime.
Requirements
Recognized trade qualification from technical college/apprenticeship or equivalent preferred
Minimum of 10+ years of demonstrated or documented experience as an Electronics Technician on a MODU
If working on DP Semi-submersibles, Flag State Maintenance Supervisor license is required.
Other Requirements:
Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE), West African Examinations Council (WAEC), or GCE O'Level.
OND (Ordinary National Diploma) is equivalent to a 2-year Associate Degree in the United States, while HND or B.Sc. is equivalent to a 4-year Degree (at least 120 credits/units).
Must be a Nigerian resident currently residing in Nigeria.
Fluent English communication skills, both oral and written.
