We are seeking a Capital Acquisition Project Manager to drive investor sourcing, fundraising, deal pipeline management, and capital acquisition activities.
The ideal candidate will identify and engage investors, manage funding opportunities, support due diligence and investment documentation, and drive qualified opportunities toward investment commitments and successful closure.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage investors, DFIs, PE/VC firms, family offices, banks, and strategic funding partners.
Build and manage the investor and capital acquisition pipeline.
Lead investor outreach, meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
Manage opportunities through due diligence, term sheets, and closing.
Support financial models, business cases, investment proposals, and pitch decks.
Analyse project financials, funding requirements, returns, and investment structures.
Conduct market research to identify funding and investment opportunities.
Maintain accurate investor records and provide regular pipeline reports.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Investment Management, Project Management, or related field.
3 - 5 years' experience in capital raising, investment, fundraising, financial services, business development, or consulting.
Proven experience in investor sourcing, fundraising, or deal origination.
Strong knowledge of finance, investment analysis, and project finance.
Excellent commercial, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
Relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
