Role Summary

  • Tobams Group is seeking a highly organized and proactive Junior Business Operations Manager to support the execution of key operational, recruitment, product delivery, and expansion initiatives across the group.
  • In this role, you will work closely with the Team Lead and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, internal processes are followed, and cross-functional teams stay aligned.
  • You will also support recruitment operations, stakeholder engagement, product delivery coordination, and international expansion activities.
  • This is a hands-on role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple workstreams, and is passionate about building systems that improve execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily operations including planning, reporting, documentation, and task tracking.
  • Maintain SOPs, trackers, project briefs, and performance reports.
  • Track goals, timelines, KPIs, and follow up to ensure timely execution.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support across teams and leadership.
  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment coordination, including JDs, applications, assessments, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Support cross-functional project coordination by tracking deliverables, risks, and action items.
  • Conduct market research and compile insights to support international expansion initiatives.
  • Assist with ecommerce setup, operational tools, and feasibility documentation.
  • Support supplier coordination, inventory tracking, and product fulfillment processes.
  • Assist with stakeholder communications, presentations, grant research, and proposal coordination.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, HR, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong follow-up culture and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Basic understanding of project coordination and research methods.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in business operations.
