How You'll Make an Impact

We are looking for a charismatic, high-energy Business Development Manager who speaks the language of corporate growth fluently. You are not just a salesperson; you are a strategic partner who understands the nuances of B2B sales in the consulting space.

You will lead a team of sales professionals to dominate the market, identifying new revenue channels and establishing EISS as a market authority in HR consulting. You will drive revenue growth across all our service portfolio- recruitment, outsourcing, background checks, learning & development, salary survey benchmarking & talent insights. We need a leader who can manage a diverse corporate portfolio, while mentoring a team to reach their peak performance. If you have the "hunter" instinct with a "director" mindset, you belong here.

What You'll Do

  • B2B Sales Leadership: Drive the BD team to meet and exceed monthly acquisition and revenue targets for all our consulting services.
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee a massive monthly revenue portfolio, ensuring balanced growth across different revenue streams.
  • Strategic Outreach: Supervise and participate in daily high-volume outreach (calls and follow-ups) and high-level introductory meetings.
  • Proposal & SLA Oversight: Ensure all proposals are high-quality, professional, and delivered on time, while managing the quarterly review and renewal of client SLAs.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Provide the CRO with data-driven monthly reports on pipeline health, conversion rates, and market insights.
  • Team Development: Facilitate regular professional development sessions for the sales team and conduct monthly leadership feedback surveys to ensure team health.

What We're Looking For

Professional & Technical Strengths

  • Academic Qualification: Bachelor's degree (B.Sc) in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Post-Graduate: An MBA is a significant advantage for the "Director track."
  • Professional: Membership in a recognized marketing or sales body (e.g., NIMN or ISMMN) is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in corporate business partnerships across any sector, or management consulting, HR Consulting or structured start up space, with knowledge of retainer business model.
  • Sales Expertise: Deep understanding of B2B sales cycles, corporate revenue channels, and portfolio management.
  • Leadership: Proven experience leading a sales or BD team to achieve success, regardless of team size.
  • Communication: "Fluid" communication skills; you are as comfortable in a boardroom as you are on a discovery call.
  • Analytical Mindset: You drive performance through data, not just intuition.
