Dexterous Applied Training Institute (DATI) is seeking a detail-oriented, driven Bid and Tender Officer to support our business expansion and revenue goals.
In this role, you will lead the end-to-end tendering lifecyclemonitoring e-procurement portals (including NipeX and NAPIMS), vendor registration with IOC's operators , , conducting bid/no-bid assessments, coordinating cross-functional technical and commercial inputs, preparing fully compliant RFQ/RFP/EOI submissions, and maintaining our sales pipeline to convert training opportunities into profitable contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Opportunity Identification & Monitoring: Track tendering platforms (NipeX, NAPIMS, e-procurement portals) daily to evaluate relevant RFQ, RFP, EOI, and prequalification opportunities for DATI.
Bid Compilation & Writing: Develop detailed bid-compliance matrices and write technical and commercial proposals that clearly articulate DATI's technical capacity, facility advantages, and value proposition.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Training, Finance, Operations, HSE, Legal, and HR teams to gather operational credentials, pricing structures, and legal attachments.
Acquisition & Control of Compliance documentation: Acquire & Maintain a repository of corporate certificates (NCEC, BPP, ITF, NSITF, PENCOM, Tax clearances, CAC assets) and ensure 100% compliant, error-free submissions prior to closing deadlines.
Post-Bid & BD Support: Manage client clarifications, track win/loss outcomes, support contract handovers, maintain the CRM sales pipeline, and track statutory document renewal dates.
Qualifications & Key Requirements
Education: Minimum of a B.Sc. or HND in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in technical/commercial bid writing, RFQ/RFP compilation, and handling NipeX, NAPIMS, or public/private sector tenders.
