Key Responsibilities
Conduct legal research and prepare clear research notes, first drafts and issue summaries.
Assist with agreements, correspondence, court processes, regulatory filings and transaction documents.
Participate in matter meetings, reviews and internal training and implement feedback carefully.
Maintain accurate files, trackers and matter records and comply with agreed turnaround times.
Support senior lawyers on client matters and take increasing ownership of defined tasks as capability develops.
Demonstrate strong professional discipline, reliability and willingness to learn.
Requirements
0-3 years' post-qualification or equivalent relevant legal experience.
Strong academic foundation and evidence of sound legal reasoning.
Good legal research, writing and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under deadlines.
Professional maturity, responsiveness and willingness to receive detailed feedback.
Interest in corporate/commercial law, litigation, compliance or regulated-sector work.
