Art Director (marketing Agency) At Elvaridah

What You'll Do:

• Elevate Creative Standards: Take full ownership of the team's visual output, ensuring every deliverable meets international agency standards.
• Streamline Workflows: Build and enforce structured post-production timelines and creative workflows to resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Mentor & Lead: Guide, review, and mentor junior art directors and graphic designers to build a high-performing creative unit.
• Onsite & Client Operations: Lead creative direction during key client briefings and oversee onsite production shoots when required.

What We Are Looking For:

• Proven experience as an Art Director within a fast-paced media, advertising, or creative agency.
• A stellar portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design, brand identity, and campaign direction.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record managing team performance.
• Excellent project management skillsyou know how to set, manage, and hit tight creative deadlines.
• Ability to attend physical client meetings and lead onsite operations in Lagos when required.
