  • The ideal candidate will manage daily financial transactions, reconcile accounts, and ensure strict compliance with accounting regulations.
    • Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and income reports.
    • Ledger Management: Record daily financial transactions and manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
    • Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and ledger accounts regularly to find discrepancies.
    • Tax Compliance: Prepare and file local, state, and federal tax returns while ensuring adherence to statutory regulations.
    • Payroll Support: Collaborate with HR to process payroll, track employee expenses, and manage tax withholdings.
    • Audit Preparation: Maintain neat, audit-ready financial files and assist internal or external auditors during company reviews.
    • Budget Tracking: Analyze actual financial data against company budgets to identify variances and cost-saving opportunities.
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, ACA) are highly preferred.
    • 2 –4 years of proven experience as an Accountant, Corporate Bookkeeper, or in a similar financial role.
    • Deep understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
    • High proficiency with accounting tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) and advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
    • Meticulous accuracy in numerical data entry, calculation verification, and financial analysis.
    • Strong mathematical abilities to interpret complex financial data and predict cash flow trends.
    • Highest level of honesty and professional ethics when handling confidential corporate finances.
