Job Summary

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial transactions, accounting records, reconciliations, reporting, and day-to-day financial operations.
  • The ideal candidate must be proficient in Tally or similar accounting software and have strong knowledge of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records and accounting entries.
  • Handle accounts payable, receivable, invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, budgets, and cash-flow statements.
  • Manage bank and ledger reconciliations.
  • Monitor expenses, revenue, and outstanding receivables/payables.
  • Use Tally, QuickBooks, Sage, or similar accounting software for accounting operations.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies, tax requirements, and financial controls.
  • Support audits and provide required financial documentation.
  • Perform other accounting duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • B.Sc/HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3 - 5 years' relevant accounting experience.
  • Strong practical knowledge of Tally; experience with other accounting software is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and financial reporting.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and reconciliation skills.
  • Attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • ICAN/ACCA qualification or part-qualification is an added advantage.
