Open a job from Job listings (Admin / HR) to manage that role's pipeline.

The candidate pipeline tracks applicants through customizable stages.

Default stages

  • Applied: Initial application stage
  • You can create custom stages like: Phone Screen, HR Interview, Technical Interview, Final Round, Offer, Hired

Moving Candidates

  1. Go to the Candidates page for a specific job
  2. Select candidates you want to move
  3. Click "Move Stage" and choose the target stage
  4. The system validates stage progression to prevent invalid jumps
  5. Some stages may require evaluations before moving forward

Adding Comments

  • Click on a candidate to view their details
  • Use the Comments section to add notes about the candidate
  • Comments are visible to all team members with access
  • Add context, feedback, or reminders for your team

Team Collaboration

  • Team members with appropriate permissions can:
    • Add evaluations and scores
    • Add comments and feedback
    • Move candidates between stages
    • Schedule interviews
  • Role-based permissions control who can perform which actions

Pipeline Management

  • View all candidates grouped by stage
  • See candidate counts per stage
  • Filter and search candidates
  • Bulk actions for multiple candidates

Best Practices

  • Keep stages organized and meaningful to your process
  • Add comments when moving candidates to provide context
  • Use evaluations to capture structured feedback
  • Regularly review candidates in each stage to keep the pipeline moving
