Key Metrics

• Total Review Cycles: Number of cycles created
• Active Cycles: Currently running review cycles
• Completed Reviews: Total reviews finished
• Average Review Score: Overall performance rating
• Completion Rate: Percentage of reviews completed on time
• Total PIPs: Number of Performance Improvement Plans created
• Active PIPs: Currently active PIPs
• PIP Success Rate: Percentage of PIPs with improved outcomes
• Employees on PIP: Number of employees currently on improvement plans

Viewing Analytics

1. Navigate to Performance Management > Analytics
2. Select date range (Last 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or custom)
3. Filter by department if needed
4. View metrics and trends

Reports Available

• Review cycle completion rates
• Performance score distributions
• Department comparisons
• Time-to-completion metrics
• Review quality indicators

Exporting Data

• Export performance reports in CSV or PDF format
