Creating a survey
- Navigate to Employee Engagement > Surveys
- Click "Create Survey"
- Enter survey details:
- Title: Survey name (e.g., "Q1 2025 Employee Pulse")
- Description: What the survey measures
- Start Date: When the survey becomes active
- End Date: When responses are no longer accepted
Using Templates
- Choose from pre-built survey templates
- Templates include common engagement questions
- Customize template questions to fit your needs
- Or create a completely custom survey
Target Audience
- All Employees: Survey sent to everyone in your organization
- Specific Department: Target a particular department
- Selected Employees: Choose specific individuals
