Employee engagement is available when your package includes it (typically Professional full suite, not Basic).

Engagement surveys measure satisfaction and trends over time.

Creating a survey

  1. Navigate to Employee Engagement > Surveys
  2. Click "Create Survey"
  3. Enter survey details:
    • Title: Survey name (e.g., "Q1 2025 Employee Pulse")
    • Description: What the survey measures
    • Start Date: When the survey becomes active
    • End Date: When responses are no longer accepted

Using Templates

  • Choose from pre-built survey templates
  • Templates include common engagement questions
  • Customize template questions to fit your needs
  • Or create a completely custom survey

Target Audience

  • All Employees: Survey sent to everyone in your organization
  • Specific Department: Target a particular department
  • Selected Employees: Choose specific individuals

Survey Questions

  • Add questions with different types:
    • Rating scales (1-5 or 1-10)
    • Multiple choice
    • Open-ended text responses
  • Questions can measure:
    • Job satisfaction
    • Work-life balance

Deploying Surveys

  • Set survey status to "Active" to launch
  • Employees receive notifications to complete the survey
