Careersome has always been where companies run their HR. Now it is also where people find their next role. Job seekers can create a free account, say what kind of work they do, and see a dashboard built around that, not a generic list of every job posted this week.

The dashboard shows jobs tailored to what you told it, a separate AI recommended list, and a place to save roles for later so you can come back to them. Listings come from companies actually hiring on Careersome and from the wider market, so the list stays current instead of going stale.

Creating an account takes a few minutes: a name, an email, and a password, nothing more required upfront. Once a profile exists, companies hiring on Careersome can see it too, so the matching works in both directions instead of one.
