If you're nominated as a potential successor for a role, you can see it yourself under My Succession Planning (Personal section of the sidebar), rather than only finding out from a conversation with HR.

What you see: every plan where you're listed as a candidate, position title, current holder, number of candidates, target date, and priority.

Who this is for: Employees and Managers use this personal view. Admin and HR see it too, but manage the actual plans from Succession Planning under HR operations instead.
