Tagging Teammates on Candidate Notes

Mention a hiring manager or panel member in a note and they get notified.

From a candidate's profile, open the Notes tab.

Step 1: Write your note

Step 2: Tag a teammate

Click Tag teammate, choose a person from your company, and they appear as a chip above the note field
Add as many teammates as need to see this note

Step 3: Post

Click Add Comment. Each tagged teammate gets an in app notification linking straight back to this candidate's profile

Tagging keeps feedback in one thread instead of a side conversation over email or chat.
