From a candidate's profile, open the Activity tab.

This timeline merges everything recorded for the candidate, most recent first:

Stage changes, including who moved the candidate, from which stage, to which stage, and any reason given
Interviews scheduled
Reminders set
Emails sent and replies received
Team notes
Scorecards submitted at each stage

Use this when you need to explain a hiring decision or check what happened before you joined the pipeline.
