Where to find it: the company-wide performance report lives under Reports (Admin/HR). PIP-specific analytics have their own dedicated page (Admin/HR) with deeper filtering.

What the main report shows: total reviews, average rating, completion rate, pending and overdue reviews, employees flagged at risk, and upcoming deadlines, alongside PIP counts (total, active, completed) and PIP success rate.

PIP Analytics specifically: filter by date range, department, status, or outcome. It shows total and active PIPs, success rate, average PIP duration, an outcome breakdown (improved, needs extension, terminated), the most frequent performance issues driving PIPs, and a department-by-department breakdown.

A current limitation worth knowing: the export button on PIP Analytics currently shows a "coming soon" message rather than producing a file. If you need PIP data outside the app today, that path isn't available yet.

Access: performance reports are restricted to Admin and HR, consistent with the rest of the organization-wide performance hub.
