What is a Journey and how does it work?

A Journey is a milestone-based program assigned to an employee, built from one of four fixed types: Onboarding, Growth, Retention, or Performance. As checkpoints are completed, progress advances, and some milestones are wired to real underlying features like a probation review or a Stories pulse check, not just empty checkboxes.
