Plans de succession

Succession plans help you prepare for when key people leave or move.

Creating a plan

  1. Go to Succession planning > Succession plans (Administrator or HR specialist navigation; module must be entitled under the Professional full suite pattern).
  2. Click Create plan.
  3. Enter the position title, current holder (optional), priority, target date, and notes.
  4. Save, then add candidates from the Candidates tab.

Managing plans

  • View, edit, or delete plans from the list
  • Filter by priority or status

Who can do this

  • Admin and HR manage company-wide plans when the succession module is on
  • Managers and employees use My succession planning to see plans where they are nominated, not the admin console
