How does Careersome rank candidates who apply?
Every applicant gets a match score from 0 to 100 based on skill match, experience fit, education relevance, location proximity, keyword match against your job description, project relevance, and technical proficiency. Open Hire & Onboard → Recruitment in the sidebar, open a job, and read the score on each applicant. Candidates are automatically grouped into Top Matches, Potential Matches, and Other Candidates while they're in the Applied stage.
